Naira Marley Will Still Be Held In Prison, EFCC Denies Reports of His Release.

Embattled Singer Fashola Adeshina Afeez, popularly recognised as Naira Marley who has been withheld in the custody of the Economic and l Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for a while, and was charged to Court for Internet Scam and possession of incriminating exhibits, Credit cards and laptop.

 He was tried in court yesterday 20th of May, 2019 in Lagos State, Nigeria where his case was adjourned till 30th of May 2019, and he has been granted a bail application which he is yet to meet the stated conditions for the bail.

  After his trial, a video was been circulated on Social media platform showing Naira Marley himself, friends and family jubilating that he has been released and been granted freedom to go home.

  The video was backed up with wide spread reports that Naira Marley has been released from the EFCC custody on bail and ready to be driven home by his friend and family.

Although, a source from the EFCC told Sahara Reporters that the story is totally false as it is the singer…

President Buhari and Wife, Aisha Pictured Performing Umrah (lesser Hajj) Together In Makkah.

The President and Commander in Armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha Buhari were pictured performing Umrah (lesser Hajj rites) together at the Grand Mosque located in Makkah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 They were pictured alongside with the President close aides having a prayer session on May 17th, 2019.

Klopp picks one player for praise after defeat to Barcelona

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has highlighted  just how proud he is of his side, following their 3-0 defeat to Barcelona at the Camp Nou on Wednesday night.

Speaking about Lionel Messi, who scored a brace, Klopp was in awe of the Argentine's ability.

"Messi? He is unstoppable because it is impossible to defend that free-kick," stated Klopp.

"Maybe the [finish to make it] 2-0 was not his best goal but it shows that he knows that he is in the right place; I am a great admirer of him, but we have defended him well."

"It is very difficult to play against Barcelona, but if you look at the result, Mr. [Ernesto] Valverde has done everything right and I have done everything wrong."

Despite the result, the German coach is full of hope  ahead of the second leg at Anfield next Tuesday.

"I think it was our best away game in the Champions League, not only this year but last year included," said Klopp.
